      In 1993-1998 he studied at Samarkand State University and received a bachelor’s degree. 1998-2001 years postgraduate student of Samarkand State University, 2001-2002 years junior researcher of the Samarkand branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003-2006 years teacher of the Samarkand State University. 2006-2009 years Doctoral student of Samarkand State University, 2009-2011 years Senior lecturer of the Department of Algebra and analysis of the Bukhara State University, 2011-2015 years Associate professor of the Department of Algebra and analysis of the Bukhara State University, 2015-2019 years Associate professor of the Department of Mathematics of the Bukhara State University, 2019-2020 years Head of the Department of Mathematics of the Bukhara State University, 2020-2021 years Associate professor of the Department of Mathematical analysis of the Bukhara State University, since 2021 he has been working as a professor of the Department of Mathematical analysis of the Bukhara State University. He is the author of 2 textbooks, 20 teaching aids, 5 copyright certificates and more than 200 papers and abstracts. Under his leadership, 1 Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and 3 Ulugbek state scholarship holders were trained.

  • organizing the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training;

  • organizing the execution of orders, directives and instructions of authorized higher organizations, decisions of the University Council and orders of the Rector;

  • directly managing the activities of the Center, establishing control over the implementation of the Center’s tasks and functions, and supervising the preparation of reports on the results of the Center’s activities;

  • organizing processes related to participation in international rankings;

  • organizing international conferences, symposiums, forums and webinars, developing recommendations on studying and implementing advanced foreign experience;

  • continuously analyzing factors affecting the quality of education;

  • preparing proposals for exchange projects, professional development and internships in cooperation with foreign higher education institutions in order to improve the quality of education and ensure the training of qualified specialists in accordance with international standards;

  • organizing the transformation of bachelor’s degree programs and master’s specialties in accordance with the experience of partner higher education institutions ranked within the top 1000 of world academic rankings, based on foreign experience and labor market demands;

  • developing and leading the implementation of plans for professional development and internships of university professors, staff and researchers at foreign higher education institutions;

  • preparing proposals for establishing faculties and departments in cooperation with foreign higher education institutions in order to improve the quality of education and ensure the training of specialists in accordance with international standards;

  • commercializing advanced training courses developed on the basis of best practices by offering them to other local higher education institutions;

  • conducting annual reviews of international cooperation activities of departments, faculties and divisions, carrying out analysis and drawing conclusions;

  • conducting regular internal attestation of the university (departments and relevant structures) in accordance with established procedures for international cooperation conditions, preparing for external attestation and actively participating in its implementation.
